Rsaweb poor service
I wish i can give them a 0 rating u the worst. I can't wait for the opposition's to step in ill change in a heartbeat. They just send me a email of a increase of R90 starting April so we already paying R635 for Bishop Lavis area now u charging us extra what is his dstv with ur annual increase.... why didnt u mention this when u introduced your package last Aug 22... n why is it that for the second time u suspend my account without checking that i made payment every month. Your company is bad overall. 👎 RJC007

Unfortunately, due to recent increases in the cost of Fibre Services from Octotel to RSAWEB, we regrettably have no choice but to pass these price adjustments onto our valuable customers. These changes will affect all Octotel customers, irrespective of which ISP (Internet Service Provider) they are partnered with. Terms and conditions regarding increases are in your contract and in the legal section of our website
