RSAWEB poor service

I have received the worst service from RSAWEB. I have spent the last week with no internet service and have been sent from pillar to post and am yet to have anyone figure out what the issue is and resolve it. All I get it another excuse upon excuse. Daniel from RSAWEB as a supervisor has been so unhelpful and done nothing to actually resolve anything despite escalation to the issue. I would not recommend this company and would definitely be looking to move to an alternate provider. Worst service ever.
