RSAWEB = poor customer service

These people know when and how to take your money but cannot respond to a query for almost a month! We signed up with them because we were appealed by the 50% off promo for the first 4 months. Low and behold they went and debited the full amount twice! After the first debit order I called, emailed, texted and all I got was that my query was being referred to their accounts team and I followed up multiple times and their response was the same. P.S. DO NOT sign up with RSAWEB if you expect good or any customer service at all
