RSAweb… poor customer service

Signed up with RSAweb at a new property. Tried to contact them 4 times to get update on order. Only able to chat online and responses come slow. Finally someone called me back, then I needed to be transferred, then I had to leave a message… then nothing. Not contact numbers to call. Only online chat which is terribly frustrating with no good result. Look elsewhere guys. Your queries get lost in a sea of tickets with nobody able to help and address issues
