RSAWEB, pay for a service and don't get it!

I have been reporting the same problem for 4 weeks in a row, I get no feedback or help from the RSAWEB staff. My fiber connection is more off than it is on and the team from RSAWEB are not interested in finding a solution or way to help me with a problem that is occurring on their side. I refuse to pay for a service I don't get, and I refuse to struggle with work because I'm unable to use my internet because it's off all the time, this inconvenience is not fair and disgusting on the behalf of the RSAWEB team that does not care about the people they "supply" a service to.
