RSAWEB, PATHETIC SUPPORT. QUARANTINE THEM RATHER

I have been informing RSAWEB about line issues for weeks that I get to a point of accepting their bad service and their poor technical skills. Any person knows that the blue power light on a VUMATEL CPE is an issue, except for the RSAWEB technical staff that admits it an issue days after I told them but they still not interested in fixing my issue. These supports staff has now again been busy for 4 days trying to understand a simple problem but guess what they advise that they see packet losses and total disconnects but hey it's not a problem they say. Maybe they should rather go into quarantine.
