RSAWEB pathetic service again

I gave one calendar month notice to RSAWEB to end their services as an ISP. So I was entitled to the last month of internet as I have already paid for the month. RSAWEB collected their router before the end of the contract. How am I supposed to use the internet if they have collected their router. RSAWEB have ended this contract prematurely. I never asked for you to collect the router. I want you to release the line to my new ISP and credit my account for the days I am unable to use your internet. RSAWEB are not responding to any of my requests. You are the worst ISP ever.
