RSAWEB PATHETIC SERVICE

This is has been going on for too long. Vumatel supplies the line and RSAWEB the service provider. Or should I say the No SERVICE provider. Vumatel informs me of any services and outages performed and not my service provider. Shows once again its an non service provider Pathetic service. I phone the support line which is suppose to be 24/7 and got no answer. After the 4th try someone answered that was sleeping and asked what the issue was. I explained the problem and they said a ticket will be created and nothing received as of yet. So I am a paying client and do not receive the service as promised. I will not recommend RSAWEB to no ONE. I really expected far better service from this company. Disgusted in the way I am being treated as a customer. Shocked..
