Rsaweb pathetic service

Worst service ever, monthly installment was increased without any prior communication. I called the helpdesk & was given a ticket number - to date no one has called me. I tried Whats app platform & still no feedback. I was advised that the 'special offer's I was on was only valid for 6 months however this was never discussed with me prior to taking up this offer & I can only cancel after 12 months even though it's a month to month offer & not a contract. I still have emails where I confirmed with the sales person that I do not want a contract & nowhere was I told if the 12 months story. Surely this is *****ulent
