RSAWEB - ********* & Pathetic ISP!!!!!!

RSAWEB is the most ********* ISP out there.

I signed up for your Black friday promotion in November 2022 for start in Jan 2022, and was assured I was going to be paying R485 pm.

Not even 6 months later, and you guys want to more than double my monthly premium to R975. What??? 100% increase, this is daylight *******!!!

This is ridiculous and unacceptable. It seems RSAWEB is not interested in retaining clients. I was basically enticed into a promo, only to be nailed with a 100% increase in premium a few months later.

Your notice for this increase was sent to me on 1 July, for August. How is this a reasonable notice?

Now when I notify you of my cancellation, then you proceed to further bind me by telling me that I will serve notice till 31 August and am liable for install costs etc. For a month to month?! Noways!!!! I will never accept this.

RSAWEB is pathetic, not even a phone call to discuss this. Just a lousy email.

I expect you guys to call me and sort this out!!!
