RSAWEB ONCE AGAIN....

ONE STAR FOR THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLIMENT!

I did not want to waist my time on writing a review with all the issues I have had with this company from day one of being a client, as it seems that writing reviews does not even make a difference by looking at there 1.6 star rating from more than 60% of there clients. Reading through the reviews I can see the constant trend of bad service with there empty promises coming from automated messages like " Thanks for your feedback we will be in contact regarding your review" yeah sure....

Month after month having to pay for a service that is not being delivered having no connection constantly. I have been phoning in numerous times... and if I do eventually get in contact with someone the line drops or 5 mins after being assisted my network issue is the same. Sick and tired of paying all this money month after month for nothing.... I will move my business elsewhere as this is something that will not change!!!!
