RSAWEB not so reliable as I though

This is the second time RSAWEB changed protocols on their back end. First time it was regarding SMTP protocols on email which was a huge hassle for me to resolve as I work for a company overseas . Now again they changed something and I cant access certain websites or play certain online games. Responded with the standard response it was given through the the technical team to investigate. I though RSAWEB was rated as top SA ISP but I have not experienced this in my 1 year with them. I'm 99% certain I'm going to switch ISP from RSAWEB to someone more reliable . RSAWEB Ref : #***
