RSAWeb not providing service after signing me up as a client.

A consultant approached me to sell a service to me. My instructions were very clear that I needed internet, a STATIC line, and the VIOP Service. Those 2 things were dealbreakers and the sales person said he understood.

It is now 3 weeks later and I STILL DON'T HAVE my static line or VIOP Service. I have ordered it online twice, I have sent emails, I have phoned, yet no one from RSA Web is interested in helping me.

I give up!!!!
