RSAWEB not interested in providing ISP services

For the past 4 days, all RSAWEB can tell me is that they logged a call with Openserve and will update my ticket when they have feedback. This after I had to ask them to reopen the ticket, because they closed it after the first day. If you want to read a very entertaining piece of fiction, go read their "values" on their website. We honor & respect people (but we don't mind *****ing from them) We communicate open & honestly (but we do lie to our customers about our quality of service no) We go the extra mile (as long as nobody expects us to follow up on open tickets with the FNO) We do more, with less (doing more of nothing probably qualifies)
