RSAweb no response to communication

They have had massive issues this week but have said that the problems should be sorted. I cannot connect with my laptop or tv to the wifi. Called and waited 20 min no one answers. Contacted the via whatts app chat, no response after 10 hours, chatted via the web chat no response..... I have been a loyal customer for 4 years but think I need to look for another service provider.
