RSAWeb no response.

I changed from Webafrica because of poor service, looks like I am back to square one. Can't log a ticket on RSAWeb site, it states my account is inactive, don't reply to e mails, chat is useless, nobody available...too many complaints I guess. Have a 50/50 line speed but rarely goes past 22mbps download but still paying the premium price. Just no ways I can get an answer out of them to sort my issues.
