RSAWeb - no promo app****, bad service!

So I app**** for a fibre line with RSAWeb through Sanlam Reality and was all excited as I am meant to get a R1000 credit as part of the promotion and also a 15% discount on my monthly subscription. After checking my invoice I noticed that the discount was not app**** and also there was no R1000 credit either.

I called this morning and spoke to Lulama who was helpful in sending me the actual invoice (that I didn't get by the way), she then put me through to billing, after waiting for a while I was prompted by the system. It asked me if I would like to be called back instead of waiting, I said yes. My phone rang about 5 or 10min later, basically just 1 second and then ended before I could pick up. This is only my 3rd day with RSAWeb and I am already regretting moving from Vox.
