RSAWeb might be worse than Telkom
I have requested a fibre line 3 weeks ago after deciding to leave Telkom due to terrible service. I’m not sure who is worse between Telkom and RSAWeb. I’m still waiting for my line. The delay is from Vumatel but the feedback from them has been terrible. The consultant I dealt with Razeen Cloete has withdrawn himself from assisting me. The other consultants assisting me takes 10-15 minutes in between messages to provide support via WhatsApp. And to make matters worse I have to follow up with them on my line request daily. I would not recommend RSAWeb
