RSAWEB LOST MY VOTE!!!!!!

After making payment arrangements on my arrears due to debit Confusions, I made payment arrangements which was agreed upon months ago. I paid the agreed amount regularly but this week I got disconnected without any notification. When I queried it with several of their operators they ALL agreed it was WRONGFULLY disconnected. I have now been disconnected TWICE this week and I see no end to this. I'm not even mentioning the many unresponsive correspondence. So far I've been offline for 4 out of 5 days... Still they admit it's WRONGFULLY disconnected!!!!!
