RSAWEB - Long wait to be connected

We contacted RSAWEB 2 weeks before moving into to our new home an to date, our fiber has not been connected. Instead of working from home, we now need to go to the office, driving in hectic traffic every morning, such an inconvenience. Every time we call, we get a different story and getting through to their support team is a mission! I am so disappointed with the service even before we are officially subscribed to it. We received a router that cannot connect to the fiber line, when we tried to call RSAWEB, we were told the issue is with the line and that Fiber Geeks are the ones with the issue. They advised that they would contact Fiber Geeks on our behalf, till this day, nothing. I am so annoyed with this service.
