RSAWEB logistics nightmare

Communication when they tried to make the sale was great. When i was handed over to arrange delivery it said 3-5 days 3 weeks ago. I told them i would move 27 Nov but nothing had to be installed it was fibre ready. They could deliver the router any time but they arrange it for 27 Nov which was fine but no delivery. 28 Nov i got email that there was outstanding documents. Everything was sent before, why did they not request this from the start. Then again no delivery after order was placed 3 weeks ago.
