RSAweb ***** and ********

I have no words for this company.

I app**** for fibre on 19th Sep 2019 and to date have not got 1 phone call. Marvin Jackson was quick to make the sale but the follow up with Frogfoot is apparently pathetic. He told me to send a email of cancellation to *** and request to cancel. They responded and blamed frogfoot and my ref is FRG633112-Cpt-B1 and was told to contact them. After 2 emails requesting to cancel they respond to say I will be contacted for installation. And still nothing. I am in property management and have done fibre applications with 19 buildings and I've never received such service. So again, I want my application cancelled immediately and I want confirmation thereof because RSaWeb have my **** bank details.
