RSAweb - leaders in poor service (yes, even worse than Telkom)

In an effort to not further waste anyone reading this' time, here is a brief list of shortfalls of this badly managed company: 1. Poor to zero communication 2. Does not follow up on complaints 3. When you call they are available until they hear who is calling and then they "are heading into a meeting" 4. They make promises they don't keep 5. Good luck getting hold of your account manager 6. They will "forget" to inform you that it is your job to know the inner workings of their organisation and then bill you for not knowing how they operate. They will then apologise for the "mistake" and promise to refund you. You will then have to fight for 3 weeks (and counting) to get it
