RSAWEB lack of service

Been without internet for 6 days. Tried contacted RSAWEB via calls, Whatsapp, email and messaging. Not responding to any of my communication. My business depends on internet connectivity. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! But of cause my debit order to pay for NO INTERNET service went off without a hitch???? Completely unacceptable!! Please don't use these guys!!
