Rsaweb itself doesn't give the best service anymore

Rsaweb itself doesn't give the best service anymore. My debit orders didn't go through, but immediately after it failed I called them and asked if I should pay manually or if they would try to collect again. They sent me a link and I made the payment immediately and emailed the proof of payment to *** as requested. 3 days later I was informed that no payment was received and if I don't pay soon, services will be suspended. I emailed the same proof of payment to ***. Yesterday they actually suspended my services despite receiving the proof of payment twice. I contacted *keziah* and within 15 minutes, services were up and running again. Thank you *keziah*. You are definitely a star worker and passionate about your job.
