RSAWEB ISP provider

Be careful of these guys. Firstly they double bill you and threaten you with disconnection and legal action if you don't pay, despite logging a dispute, and then just deduct the money via debit order, which I had to reverse. Then they charge you for installation when cancelling which they did not do only to eventually pass the credit after raising over 40 tickets. Their website also does not agree with the charges for cancellation. This company is a ******* , how they ever became ISP provider if the year is a mystery.
