How RSAWEB ever got their best ISP award is a mystery. Be careful when using this provider, I raised close on 10tickets detailing my dissatisfaction and each return mail says that someone will contact me, but it never happens and you cannot sort your query out When you cancel your subscription they bill you twice 2*R2875 for an amount which includes the installation costs despite the fact that the line into the house already existed and then they have the cheek to tell you if you don’t pay (over the Easter week end) they will cut your service and you will be left with no internet service.
