RSAWeb is Trash!

I have been without internet for three weeks, and the lack of support from RSA Web has been beyond frustrating. Despite multiple complaints, they have closed my ticket without resolving the issue and failed to send out a technician, even after promising to do so—twice! My ONT box has not been replaced, and I have had to rely on mobile data, which has cost me extra money and caused significant work delays, even resulting in lost business.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If I do not receive assistance today, they can pick up their cables and devices from the side of the road because that’s exactly where they’ll be—with the trash, where they belong. I would never recommend RSA Web to anyone based on this experience.
