RSAWEB is the worst service provider ever

Customer service has been the most horrible service I've ever experienced, no one is getting back to you. My connection has been down for over a month now, Openserve has been here and I still have no connection. I've been trying to update my debit order details since November 2019 and still nothing has been done. I phoned numerous times to update and still nothing, not my job to get the details updated, have requested a superior or management to contact me still nothing. If I knew his was the service I was going to get I would have never signed up with RSAWEB this is outrageous and unsatisfactory. Worst customer service ever.
