Rsaweb is the worst service provider be careful

I contacted rsaweb in July to get fiber but I told the sale person I need to be notified in advance due to being with another service provider since then no communication from rsaweb was contacted by metro fiber to activate my line in November the 3rd I emailed rsaweb again to let them know I need to be notified in advance no reply now they started billing me from the 4th of November when I call rsaweb they drop the phone in my ear this very rude stil no communication from rsaweb since the 4th of November rsaweb is bad when it comes to service quick to take your money but not good with communication now I am sitting with two internet providers that I have to pay just because rsaweb is so useless they must cancel my contract I'm not going to pay
