RSAWEB IS THE WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA - DO NOT JOIN THEM.

THE WORST ISP IN SOUTH AFRICA! Have a ticket open for 56 days with them - I have had constant disconnections for this entire time. They provide zero resolution. They provide zero feedback. The provide zero service. On 21/12/2022 (Day 55 of the ticket) I was **** to once again and told that frogfoot is swapping our network to resolve this long standing issue. At 18:00 my internet went completely off. Its been almost 20 hours with zero internet. It take almost 30 minutes to reach someone on the support line only to be fed a nonsense excuse that they are investigating and troubleshooting. They refuse to give any ETA. They refuse to take responsibility of the issue. DONT EVER, EVER, EVER JOIN THIS ISP. It will be the biggest mistake!
