RSAWEB is the "Titanic" of all ISPs in South Africa. It's sinking faster than the famous cruise liner.

Good Evening RSAWEB Staff Members, Hope you are all doing well. I have come to the realisation that cheap doesn't mean good. I left Afrihost deluding myself into believing that I would be receiving better service at RSAWEB. Boy, was I mistaken! I only received exemplary service from your Support Department Members, whom are as follows: 1. Marce Solomons 2. Jean Nobbs 3. Ismaeel Latief These 3 individuals mentioned above are young, empathetic, honest "Super Heroes"in my opinion. They all went the "Extra Mile" to try to assist me, even though they know that my query is outside of their "scope of work". I have searched online for alternative ISP's, who will assist me in getting back online, after being offline for the past 4 days. Your RSAWEB Projects Team seem powerless to help me and are constantly "passing the buck" and blaming Open Serve for the delay in acquiring ownership of my line. I firmly believe that RSAWEB has had the wrong approach to this entire matter since the beginning. I know, without a doubt in my mind, that there is definitely an ISP who can resolve this issue within one day. I have requested a few call backs from various ISP's in the country. The first ISP who is successful in getting my line activated, will have me as a customer, even if their monthly subscription fees are R300-R400 more than RSAWEB. I would rather pay more to another ISP each month and be connected immediately, than be offline for 4 days, with a "bunch of poorly crafted excuses" from the RSAWEB Projects Team, with no hope or resolution in sight. This is South Africa, Ladies and Gentlemen! Land of "Anything is Possible" for the right amount of money. If you did not know that, then you were probably living underneath a rock your entire life 🤣🤣 I guarantee, that I will get someone in this country, to resolve this issue for me, but I am confident that it will not be RSAWEB. I am expecting calls from Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and my previous ISP, Afrihost, tomorrow. All of these ISP's are "Major Players" in the market, who possess the necessary skills, expertise and financial stability, which RSAWEB is seriously lacking. Financial Stability = Influence.✓ Remember, it's not about what you know....it's about who you know, that matters. Once I am successfully connected, I will contact you to tell you who is really the "Best ISP in the Country". It's definitely NOT RSAWEB😂 Google lies🤣🤣 Thank you for wasting my time ☺️ It's been a learning experience, which I am grateful to have had.
