RSAWEB IS PATHETHIC

I wish I could give this company a zero rating. I got into some arrears and made arrangements to pay it off. I paid the 50% as requested. They then proceeded to cut me off in any case and discontinued my internet services. After trying to explain to them that I made arrangements they sent me from one department to the other. Please do not ever ever ever make use of RSAWEB. I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT. There are so many better options out there. They send you from one department to another and never resolve any issue. Everything about RSAWEB is primitive. The only thing they know how to do is sell you a contract or package. The after-sales service is totally pathetic
