RSAWEB IS A****

I am very disappointed with RSAWEB. I have been charged for the router twice. Worse off, i paid for the router when i app**** for the Fibre installation on the 22nd of July. Then RSAWEB debited my bank account on the 27th with same amount of the router which i already paid. I followed up with them because i was not happy to be debited when i had already paid for the router and i reversed the debit order on my bank App.
