RSAWEB is a problem

Absolutely NOT a trusted provider. Took forever to connect / activate line. Extremely unreliable fiber line. Lots of connectivity issues. Customer service is the worst. Resolving connectivity and account disputes is a nightmare. I switched to another company and I have had NO issues in the last 12 months. RSAWEB you are the problem.
