Fiber to the Home

Customer service is non existence and i believe their is no manager in the company as i have a fault on my fiber line for the last 4 weeks, i have requested for a manager however they don't phone you back and when you hold for one you get put thru to senior technician because a manager is not willing to take the call.

They expect payment every month however they cant deliver service.

It sickens me to have to deal with this JOKE of a company.
