RSAWEB is a complete disaster!

The service from this company is a complete disaster. My RSAWEB fibre internet started working about mid November 2022. Before it started working I received the first invoice. Withing 9 days, this company collected 3 months subscription fees from my bank account. They have never credited my account with the switching fee they promised. All my efforts to contact them were ignored. Be very careful before subscribing to this service. They seem to be out of control and unresponsive.
