RSAWEB is a ****

RSAWEB are ****mers,I signed up with them over a year ago where I was paying R450 for my internet and I had a sanlam benefit discount, the price couldn't even last for 6months and it was increased without my knowledge, the price was now above R500 with the sanlam discount, the reason I signed up with them was because they offer sanlam discount and I am sanlam client, the increase is above my budget and I want to cancel, guess what the ****mers are saying ! They say I must pay R999 fee for processing fee!! Processing fee for what ?? I was not told about this upon signed and I wouldn't have signed with them,there are a lot of ISP that offer month to month deals..why would I subject myself to the ridiculous cancelation fee of R1000.00...RSA web is a ****, my service with them.its over year!!! Processing of what!!! ****ming poor people sies!!
