Should give them a 0 zero star. I have sent 2 emails regarding their speed being around 20mbps and sometimes even 0.7. No feedback, no repsonse. I have a 100mbps line but have NEVER had what I pay for. I am canceling this **** service. WORST CONNECTION EVER!!
