Email from agent stating that cession form have to be completed in 20 days; automated email received 5 days later "you failed to submit the form on time, service is being cancelled". Query that. Agent says to ignore email. Next email : since you are cancelling your service, let's make arrangement to return the router. Next email from agent please ignore. Next email from agent, since you are taking over the service, you can keep the equipment. I am not taking over the service, I am leaving, someone else is taking over the service. Point that out to agent, get a snotty response and he closes the chat. The most *********** company I have ever dealt with, honestly. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid.
