RSAWeb - I wouldn't recommend
RSAWEB disconnected my internet in error on 5 May, my account is supposed to be credit R1,100- this didn't happen. 7 days ago I was told that reconnection will take 24-48 hours, today I am still not connected. When I email, no one responds but the ticket gets closed after a day, no one responds on WhatsApp and after a total of 17 hours of telephone calls this week I am still not connected.
The customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend RSAWeb as a service provider to anyone.
