RSAWEB Horrible Service Provider

Good Day,

I have relocated to Cape Town from Durban in September 2021. I was required to work from home and in order for this to take place, Fibre was needed. I then contacted my agent who let out the apartment to me and he said I am only allowed to get the Fibre service with RSAWEB who deals with wifi in the building. I then had to move from the previous place as my rental lease came to an end and I moved into another property. I asked them what could be done as I would still like to keep the service, I was then told that they also have the service at the new building I was moving into and they would carry the service over but add another installation fee. Just to let you know it was a 12 month contract at the first place if I were to cancel I would need to pay a fee of r1725, now they said they carried it over and added that 10 months from that old place and added another 12 months at the new place and added another installation fee of r1725 making that a payment of r1725 × 2. They did not install anything at the new premises as the Fibre box was installed here already and I brought my router from the other place. I am now moving back to Durban and I asked them if I can take the service just to avoid those fees and they are saying no they cannot as it will be the third time moving the service. I am left with no choice but to pay r1725 × 2 according to them. I never thought using their service would cost me so much for only having it for like 4 months. I have a Fibre service in Durban and it was never a contract but month to month basis. Even when I had moved into the new place I didn't have services for a month as it was an error on their end. It was endless calls from my end wasting my time and airtime. After a month the issue was resolved and only then I had services. That action resulted in me having to go back to work.

RSAWEB you are a horrible service. I would never recommend you to anyone else.

I hope someone can fix this and let me know what I can do.
