RSAWeb - Highly disappointing Service

RSAWeb – highly disappointing Service. On initially applying online for an RSAWeb fibre service and connection – Router UPS included in package selected as per their site. Never received. On querying the matter was “escalated” --- never a response. The initial contact at RSAWeb assured me he would always be personally available to attend to any future issues that may arise with their service – after installation unable to reach this individual or receive any response to messages regarding problems which did in fact surface. Incorrect Fibre connection initially installed – had to be replaced. Incorrect placement of router initially – had to be re-installed. Queries on VOIP option selected never responded to. Both from an individual or their one of many departments “projects” – find their many and various departments very disconnect with no cohesion at all. 2 months after service installed – appears the same service package is being promoted at R 200.00 per month less than our premium. Find their general attention to customers requirements and care thereof to be highly inferior and unacceptable
