RSAWEB have the worst customer service

I've been a customer for over a year. Now that I need something, they aren't contactable. I logged a ticket last week and nothing. I go to their live chat portal and they just say that they'll respond to my query via email. Then I phone them and after 10 minutes of waiting to get assistance from their retentions department, the call just drops. This is the most frustrating experience. Vox has better customer service.
