RSAWEB has terrible service delivery and support

Having subscribed to RSAWEB's 1000Mbs/250Mbs package, you would think the service would be more stable and the support would be prioritised. I have logged tickets over a period of 6 months with no improvement of service quality. I have also had their technical guys come to my house, run a speed test and agree that there is an issue only to have them go back and say they find no issues on their side. On other occasions, they would call me to ask me questions about speed tests that I had already attached on my ticket. It's as if they don't even read your support ticket and analyse the data - they just regurgitate their troubleshooting process with little to no context.

If you are looking for a stable service provider, stay away from RSAWEB.
