RSAWEB HAS STOOD ME UP

I am worried about your silence RSAWEB, I am on day 4 in October 2021 without a connection and I am not updated. The last time I heard from you was on the 14.09.2021. That’s it.

Please activate my fibre as committed.

The attached is the last time I heard from you guys. It is worrisome. Bongani, I am disappointed.

I was made to wait for over a month for an active connection. I am surprised why cant you guys communicate and update us especially in cases where delays are incurred from your side.

You are making me to go elsewhere as I am left to speculate as a customer.

Why aren't you making contact? Why have i not heard from you? Why shoul a new month start without an active connection and yet comes month end, i will be paying as if you gave me a full month service?
