RSAWEB has gone from one of the best ISPs 5 years ago to one of the worst

RSAWEB has gone from one of the best ISPs 5 years ago to one of the worst. DO NOT USE THEM. You've been warned. Their billing/accounts department has effectively fallen apart. Cancellation is almost impossible. No one can help you. They couldn't care less. I've literally spent hours on the phone trying to fix billing issues they caused. They try to wear you down to the point were you just let the wrong billing happen because it becomes less painful than to spend another minute on hold to speak to someone who then says its all fixed but then you get billed wrong again.

The above is the top of the ice berg of my bad experience with them. Worst ISP in SA
