RSAWEB Good at taking money. useless at providing service

Wish I could say bad service. But i havn't received any service from RSAWEB. They were quick to take my money. but after 3 weeks they still have not got me online for even a second.

Contact support and they tell you to restart every time and that's all they can do..day after day. Can't speak with technicians even so have to explain to support what the difference is between wifi and internet
