RSAweb getting worse and worse by the second!

This just gets worse and worse! Never have I experience this level of incompetence and lack of service delivery as I have with RSAWeb! I signed up with them at the beginning of July and only yesterday was I up and running. Excuse after excuse from this team, lack of communication between departments and external fiber supplier.

I was only connected and up and running yesterday, approximately 46 days AFTER I signed the contract and they have the audacity to send me an invoice for "services" since the 8th August.

If someone is out there, looking for a service provider, DO NOT go with RSAweb! Please be guided by my frustrations, you will be sorry you ever even thought of going through them!
