RSAWEB *****

Well I wish I could rate negative start, RSAWEB billed me 2x monthly charges because they had a "glitch" in their billing system with no confirmation or legal consent my my side so now I have insufficient bank charges. I expect RSAWEB to refund me the money they charged and give me the month free of charge. Whats stopping them from charging me R20 000 next month because of a "glitch"
